📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and marketing.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive dealership growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
• Optimize inventory management and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales and management, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving dealership growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using automotive management software such as Toyota Dealership Management System (TDMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in automotive industry best practices or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
