📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT lab equipment including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in the lab environment.
• Ensure the lab adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support to the IT team and other departments as needed.
• Document all lab activities and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Participate in lab upgrades and improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT lab maintenance and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with IT lab equipment and software.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, networking, or a related field are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
