Packaging Planner

Dover Chemical is seeking a detail-driven and proactive Packaging Planner to join our dynamic manufacturing and supply chain team in Cilegon, Banten. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling finished product deliveries and packaging operations based on customer orders and production schedules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed packaging schedules and plans in line with production and customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of packaging tasks.
• Monitor and analyze packaging operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of finished products.
• Utilize SAP and other relevant software tools to manage packaging data and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of packaging operations and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on packaging operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
