📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for clients, including business meetings, airport transfers, and leisure activities.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
• Maintain and service the company's vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and adhere to traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and find appropriate solutions.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and client feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive personal driver or in a similar role.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
