📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or Xero.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process payroll and manage vendor payments.
• Monitor budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning.
• Assist in financial audits and internal controls.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
