In this role, you will be working closely with our drivers and other team members to ensure that our car carriers are always on time and in top condition. You will use our in-house logistics management system, SAP, to schedule and track shipments, and our GPS tracking system to monitor the location of our car carriers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our operations, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

• Manage the logistics of car carrier operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
• Use SAP and GPS tracking systems to schedule and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure car carriers are always on time and in top condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of car carriers to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit reports on car carrier operations, including performance metrics and incident reports.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and transportation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing car carrier operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
• Familiarity with SAP and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and good knowledge of Jakarta traffic.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
