📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records using Salesforce.
• Use Zendesk to track and manage customer support tickets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proven experience in using Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
