📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and support Habbie’s growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions.
• Lead HR projects, such as organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement programs.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive HR decision-making.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
