📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with cultivation teams to ensure timely delivery of fresh mushrooms.
• Use GPS tracking and delivery management software to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking and delivery management software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license for light vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
