📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular chemical analysis of cooling tower and boiler water to ensure optimal performance.
- Recommend and implement chemical treatments to prevent scaling, corrosion, and other issues.
- Develop and maintain chemical treatment schedules and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain chemical inventory to ensure adequate supply.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Provide regular reports on water quality and chemical usage to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial water treatment or a related field.
- Proficient in using chemical analysis tools and software such as HACH, Titrator, and pH meter.
- Knowledge of cooling tower and boiler systems and their chemical requirements.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards related to water treatment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
