📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to client specifications and project timelines.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring they align with project goals and client requirements.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create and refine design drawings and models.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design elements are accurately translated into physical spaces.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the procurement and coordination of materials, ensuring that all elements are sourced and delivered on time.
• Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure that design plans are executed according to schedule and budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into your work to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design coordination role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in architectural and interior design.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with a strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
