📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Cancer Centre, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage and coordinate the work of a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of medical equipment and technology.
• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the facility.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a hospital or medical centre setting.
• Certification in Healthcare Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO, HACCP, and OHSA.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
