In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the company's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning experiences to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs are effective and relevant.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other training tools and technologies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.,Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
