📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and office operations,Oversee the organization's communication and documentation processes,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws,Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment,Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and training sessions,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers,Ensure the smooth operation of the office and support the team in achieving their goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or administrative roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with office management software and tools
