📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the construction and mining equipment market.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives and goals.,Represent Caterpillar at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and solutions.,Monitor and analyze business development metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.,Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the construction and mining equipment industry, including products, technologies, and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business development tools.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to travel extensively as needed to meet business development objectives.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
