📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new outlet opportunities.,Visit and prospect potential new outlets, providing product demonstrations and sales presentations.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Maintain and update product knowledge to ensure effective sales and merchandising.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and learn new skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Yogyakarta market and consumer preferences is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
