📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow,Maintain accurate records and reports of operations activities,Identify and resolve operational issues promptly,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvements,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategy discussions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
