📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
