📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanics to ensure high standards of work.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and vehicle history.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and training to other departments as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., ASE, AAM) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Familiarity with computer systems for record-keeping and inventory management.
