📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software related.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document technical procedures and provide training to end-users.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking, and security.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote access tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and customer-service oriented mindset.
