Bidang Putri Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a hybrid position, combining office and fieldwork, offering a unique opportunity to manage and oversee our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality coffee.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with baristas and staff to maintain high standards of coffee preparation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent disruptions.,Train and mentor new staff to uphold company standards and best practices.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any production issues.,Collaborate with the management team to improve production processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a related field.,Proven track record of managing production teams and processes.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with coffee production processes and quality standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software and production management tools.,Willingness to work in a hybrid setting, combining office and fieldwork.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
