📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or Xero.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Process payroll and manage vendor payments.
- Monitor budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning.
- Assist in financial audits and internal controls.
- Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial auditing and internal controls is a plus.
