📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Participate in store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and basic software applications.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Must be willing to travel within the region as needed.
