As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes for special events and promotions.,Stock and manage inventory of food items and kitchen supplies.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen improvement initiatives.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the head chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
