📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
• Maintain vendor master files and ensure all vendor information is up-to-date.
• Manage the accounts payable workflow, including payment approvals and processing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports for management.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing activities.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards is a plus.
