Sehati Hendra Store is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Manage inventory levels and restocking,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Train and mentor junior staff members,Participate in store events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of inventory management and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable),Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
