Pratama Telecom is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and generating payslips.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Participate in internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
