📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Maintain training records and provide reports to management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for training purposes as required.
